O man! I love the new GnomeDev.com forums.
I just posted my first forum topic about a problem some Gimmie experimenters are seeing with pygtk’s GdkPixbuf pixel access. I hope someone who knows can chime in and lead me in the directon of the correct workaround.
The layout of this new developer bulletin board is great, and I think it’s an idea long overdue. Everyone should go take a look, and post about the strange problems or difficulties you’ve encountered developing for Gnome.
GnomeDev could either make my life much much easier, or provide no help at all. The difference is up to us real-world Gnome developers to step up and start contributing early, to ensure the forums contain valuable feedback.
